Frank is originally from Bellvue, Kentucky where he attended the University of Kentucky. After college he began a twenty year career in mortgage guarantee and mortgage finance. Hard work and attention to detail earned him a promotion and he was transferred to Atlanta. While in Atlanta he began negotiations with Kohler Company and soon became one of their top selling representatives. He has been among the top 25 sales reps for the last three years, in that time he has been the recipient of several sales awards.
During his 25 year career in this industry Frank has had the pleasure of working with some of the top builders, architects & plumbers in the state. He has had the unique opportunity of learning about construction from the ground up. He was able to take advantage of that knowledge when he built his own home on Lake Sinclair, near Milledgeville, Ga. where he has spent the last 15 years.
While affiliated with Kohler, Frank spent a great deal of time in Savannah developing business contacts which have become long lasting friendships. He has consulted with builders and homeowners in The Landings, Southbridge and the Ford Plantation as well as several new communities in South Carolina. Since his retirement in April of 2006 he has earned his real estate license and re-located to Savannah, where he intends to put his background in finance, construction and sales to use.
